Post-Marital Counselling
Of course happy couples fight! Two strong minds coming together are never going to agree on everything, and it’s healthy to express those feelings. But what we had to learn was that it was the way we were expressing our feelings that wasn’t healthy. Shouting doesn’t make anyone feel better. Storming off doesn’t fix any problems
Marriage is not a one-stop destination where a single time investment would suffice. It requires unceasing efforts to sustain this sacred bond. However, due to the lack of understanding and proper guidance, couples usually encounter unexpected troubles that deepen the rift between them. We at Ashri associates strengthen the marital bond by resolving issues at early stages and preventing them from becoming insurmountable. We intend to fill their lives with camaraderie and contentment and to rekindle their relationship.
Matrimonial Law
A good marriage is one which allows for change and growth in the individuals and in the way they express their love.
The right to marry and have a family is considered one of the basic human rights recognized in all societies. In India, marriage is considered a sacred institution that not only ties two individuals but two families. For each gender, though, marriage comes with a set code of conduct and duties that they must follow. We know that no two families are the same. But when there is a lack of compassion, understanding, and sync among both the parties, there are issues, some of which are addressed under Matrimonial Law. Matrimonial law includes many legal issues such as marriage, separation, divorce, child custody, and access. We, at Ashri associates, take the time to understand the intricacies and sensitivities of the situations keeping your family’s interests in mind
